Yes. We are based in New York and work with clients worldwide. Calls, reviews and handoffs all happen online, so time zones are rarely a problem.
Process & Timeline
We research, analyse, design and validate. You see work at the end of every stage, so feedback arrives early and the direction never drifts far from what you need.
A focused UX audit takes about two weeks, a website or app design four to eight, and a full product with development longer. We give a dated plan before we begin.
Each stage includes two rounds of revisions. Because you review work as it develops, most changes are small and quick, and extra rounds are easy to agree on if you need them.
As much as you like. You get a shared project board, a short update at the end of every stage and a standing check-in call if you want one.
Pricing & Payments
Most projects have a fixed price based on the agreed scope, so there are no surprises. Ongoing support is offered as a monthly retainer with a set number of hours.
We usually ask for a deposit to start, then split the remainder across milestones. Each invoice is tied to work you have already seen and approved.
Yes. The first call is free and carries no obligation. We use it to understand your goals and tell you honestly whether we are the right fit.
We talk about it before any work starts. If extra work is needed, we send a written estimate for the change, and nothing is added to your invoice without your approval.
Support & Ownership
Yes. Every project includes a free support window after launch for fixes and questions, and we offer maintenance plans if you want us to keep improving the product.
You do. Once the final payment is made, you receive the source files, the design system and full rights to use everything we created for your project.
Yes. Under a monthly maintenance plan we can set up hosting, apply updates and monitor the site. Or we hand everything to your own team with clear documentation.
Of course. We often work alongside in-house designers and developers, and we hand over documented components so your team can keep building after we finish.
