Our Role
UX/UI design, development
The Brief
A growing retailer outgrew its template store. It needed a storefront that loads quickly on phones and an admin area that the whole team can learn in a day.
Priorities were clear from the start: speed on a mobile connection, a checkout with no surprises and tools the whole team could learn quickly.
Our Approach
We started with the product page and cart, the two screens that decide most sales, then extended the same components to the admin dashboard so both sides feel like one product.
Product, cart and admin screens share one set of components, so a change made once appears everywhere and the experience stays consistent.
Loading states and empty states were designed alongside the happy path, which keeps the store feeling reliable even on slow connections.
