The Brief
The collection launch needed a mint page that handles heavy traffic and explains wallet connection to people who have never used one.
Most visitors would be minting for the first time, so every screen had to explain itself without assuming any web3 knowledge.
Our Approach
We broke minting into three plain steps, showed gas and supply information before the final click, and designed clear failure states for rejected or pending transactions.
We wrote the interface copy with the community team, avoiding jargon and adding short hints exactly where people hesitated in testing.
Heavy-traffic scenarios such as a queue, a sold-out state and a failed transaction were designed and prototyped before launch day.
