The Brief
Merchants had plenty of payment data but no quick way to see what needed attention. The dashboard had to answer one question first: is anything wrong today?
The team wanted fewer reports and more answers, so every chart had to justify its place on the screen.
Our Approach
We led with exceptions such as failed payments and disputes, kept charts to the few that drive decisions, and built the tables to filter and export without leaving the page.
We interviewed support and finance staff about their first ten minutes each day and designed the dashboard to match that routine.
Filters, saved views and one-click exports now let merchants go from a warning to the underlying transactions without leaving the page.
