Concept
We shape the idea into a one-page pitch: who plays, what they do every minute, and why they come back tomorrow.
We test the idea with a paper or clickable prototype before any production work starts, which keeps the risk low.
The pitch gives the whole team one clear answer to what the game is and who it is for.

Core Loop
The few actions players repeat most. We prototype them early and tune them until they are fun on their own.
Small playable prototypes show quickly whether an action feels satisfying or tiresome.
We then balance rewards and difficulty so players feel challenged without feeling stuck.

Levels & UI
Levels that teach as they go and an interface that gives players what they need without covering the game.
Levels introduce one new idea at a time, so players learn by playing instead of reading instructions.
The HUD is tested on small phone screens so important information never hides behind a thumb.

Playtest & Launch
Real players, real feedback, then a balanced build ready for the store, with a plan for updates after release.
Feedback from each session goes into a short list of changes, ordered by how much they affect the player.
Before release we prepare store pages, screenshots and an update plan for the first months.
